Kindergarten

Online Kindergarten registration will begin on February 1st for the 2024-2025 school year. Children reaching the age of five, on or before October 1, 2024, are eligible to register for kindergarten. All registration documents should be completed online. Once uploaded, the documents will be reviewed and any issues will be addressed accordingly.

All incoming kindergarten students and their parents are invited to kindergarten orientation on Thursday, May 2, 2024. *(A letter will follow once registration is completed and approved)

To begin the process of registering your child for the North Caldwell School District, please complete the online portion of the registration by clicking here.

Parents are advised to review and compile all necessary information, including the completion and upload of forms, (it is helpful if you include your last name in the saved file name) before beginning the online portion of the registration.

In addition to the registration forms, you will also need the following items: 

1. Child’s original birth certificate or passport.
    
2. Completed and NOTARIZED certificate of residency and four documents showing proof of residency. (Acceptable documents are listed on proof of residency form which can be accessed by clicking here.)
    
3. Completed immunization record signed and dated by your child’s physician (form can be accessed by clicking here).
    
4. Completed medical report signed and dated by your child’s physician (form can be accessed by clicking here).
    
5. Completed dental report signed and dated by your child’s dentist (form can be accessed by clicking here).
   
   
6. Certification of Domicile (form can be accessed by clicking here).
