Click here to fill out a form to receive a username and password FOR NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY OR FOR ADDING CHILDREN TO ACCOUNTS. In most cases, you will receive your login information within 24-48 hours; keep in mind, however, that this is not an automated, but rather a manual process, and usernames and passwords will not be sent immediately upon filling out the form.
