Parental Contact Info and Alerts

 

Please make sure your contacts are up to date on the Genesis Parent Portal. Directions on how to achieve this can be found here.  This information should include home phone numbers, caregiver numbers, cell numbers and email addresses. That is all that is required to for you to get any alerts the district sends out. If you have not yet signed up for the Genesis Parent Portal, please click here. Here are directions to help explain how to log into the parent portal. To participate and receive SMS text alerts on your cell, just text YES or OPTIN to the short code 67587. If there is any problem, please contact our IT Technician at parentportal@ncboe.org. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

 

Messages XR - Opt-out/opt-in instructions

Users can opt out of:

  • Phone calls: Call the Finalsite Phone Hotline at "855-502-STOP (855-502-7867)".
  • Text (SMS) messages: Reply STOP to any Finalsite system text or to "60680" for non-emergency messages. Reply STOP to "54968" to opt out of emergency messages.
  • Emails: Click the unsubscribe link from any email they receive.

Users can opt back into:

  • Phone calls: Call the Finalsite Phone Hotline at "855-502-STOP (855-502-7867)" from the phone line that has been opted out.
  • Text (SMS) messages: Reply START to "60680" from the phone line that has been opted out for non-emergency messages. Reply START to "54968" for emergency messages.
