Business Office
The Business Office is responsible for core operations of the school district. The Business Administrator is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for:
- Budget development and management
- Financial Reporting
- Employee Payroll
- Employee Benefit Programs
- Workers Compensation and workplace injury
- Retirement Plans Administrator
- Compliance with all the state and federal reporting requirements
- Transportation of Students
- Facilities operations along with long term facility planning
- Technology operations
- Records management and preparation of records of board actions including but not limited to Board of Education Minutes
- Property, Liability, and Cyber Liability Insurance
- Payment of Taxes
- Purchasing agent and ensures all purchasing is consistent with law, code, and regulation.
- Responsible for Annual Audit to be filed with the Department of Education
