Overview The North Caldwell School district has made the integration of technology a priority. Each classroom is equipped with 4 networked computers, as well as mini-labs in each Media Center. The Technology Task Force has implemented a state approved Distance Learning Network Plan for the purpose of providing state of the art equipment and Internet access to all classrooms. Teachers are using technology daily to enhance the learning experience across the curriculum. |

The Technology Task Force was created in 1995 and charged with creating a plan for the integration of technology in our district. The Technology Plan was approved in 1996 by the North Caldwell Board of Education. The plan was revised in the Spring of 2004. District Members Linda Freda, Superintendant

With all manner of materials being available on the Internet, it is extremely important that parents have some knowledge of cyber saftey. Children have access to resources with great educational value, but some materials and areas are inappropriate and even dangerous. Our goal is to keep children safe.
