Who Makes Up the Foundation? |

The Foundation is owned & operated by you, the North Caldwell community. All residents of North Caldwell are eligible and entitled to become involved with The Foundation. There is a Board of Trustees and a Board of Advisors made up of parents, town leaders, current & retired educators, seniors – all volunteers! The by-laws & Certificate of Incorporation are available at Town Hall.
All are invited to attend committee meetings! Board meetings are held monthly in a public venue. |
How Will We Do It? |
As a community! Together we will seek out private & public donors, organize social & cultural events, run fundraisers, apply for grants & any alternative funding that may be available to us. |
| Who Decides Where the Funds Go? |
The Superintendent of Schools and the Board of Education will tell us where there is the greatest need and submit grant applications to the Foundation. We hope to satisfy their wish list. Some items on their list are:
